Our customer is using a TSP700II Thermal Receipt/Label Printer on the source (view) side which is running Windows 8.1. The remote computer is using windows xp. I have remote utilties printer installed on the remote computer that has windows xp. When i do a remote print its not printing in the right format. any ideas??? I use [censored] pro and it worked find.
Could you please elaborate more on the format? Do you have the same result if you "save to PDF" first and then transfer the PDF file over the network to the local computer, then print?
Also, does the same issue happen when you try to print from other remote PCs?
