Remote Utilities not showing remote screen

I have a couple of remote PC’S connecting by Internet mode, for some reason they are not showing the remote screen is totally black and it get a message over and over again that is trying to reconnect.
The two machine were working perfectly last week. I have the latest client and viewer installed.

I have the same issue as above. Working fine a few hours ago... now remote screen is blank and continually dropping connection and reconnecting after a min or so of being logged in.

You need to look in the Host look and see what it says. It looks like there may be connectivity errors there. Here is how locate the log https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/host-log/
