Dell Venue 8 Pro 5830, Full Control or View Only mode doesn't work or sometimes view rotate 90 degree and very unstable

Hi,
we have Dell Venue 8 Pro 5830, I test host but cannot get Full Control of View Only working. Another modes works and I can see remote view properly at Viewer tiny shortcut picture.
Most of time screen is just blank. Sometimes it is very unstable and it is rotated 90 degree.

Windows 8.1 32-bit, latest drivers and bios. Intel HD graphics. Latest host version.

Hello Jyrki,

Could you please try to connect in the Full Control mode again, and then send us the log files found here: C:\Program Files\Remote Utilities - Host\Logs ?
