Modify MSI file?

Just wondering if it is possible to modify an already-created MSI file? I created a one-click file the way I wanted but now need to go in and make one tweak. It would be nice to open it up and make the one change without trying to remember *all* of the choices I made the 1st time...

You'll need to start the configuration process all over again.
