When I try to edit the MSI host file with the tool it brings up a message 'Administrator rights are required to run this tool.' I started the program as an administrator and it still bring up this message. How do I configure the MSI file?

Thanks,

John

Hi John,

You probably didn't exit the Viewer completely. Follow this knowledge base article https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/kb/administrator-rights-are-required-error/

Let us know how it goes. Thanks.

Or you can also set this program so that it will always run as admin.
