Windows 7 Pro, ASUS Dual XEON motherboard, 64Gb of RAM.
Seen this in both v6.5.0.5 (had a viewer open), and now in version 6.5.0.8 (upgrading a client, after it was completed about 2 mins later), only seen twice

The viewer showed an error box titled the name of this thread in this box was the details i pasted above.
The viewring didnt "close" only showed the above, however i closed and re-opened it to be sure it was ok.
Its done it 3 times, once on 6.5.0.5 and 2 on 6.5.0.8

Could it be that you closed the remote install form/dialog when remote install was in progress? This could be the reason why this error happened.

DIdnt do anything different, it just come up with the error window.

It crashed again, it appears to be when its maybe pulling a status screen or when trying to open a host in the viewer.

The error text the same? The next time it crashes could you please try to remember what specific actions were preceding the crash. Perhaps we can reproduce it then here.
