Screen blanked host wakes up with mouse movement in viewer

Hello, I'm testing out RU for being able to administer public-facing kiosks without the public seeing what's happening, so the screen blanking feature is critical. However, when I try to control a host, the screen does initial shut off, but as soon as I move the mouse in the viewer, the host's screen turns back on again. I tried with 3 different types of monitiors/TV's, and both HDMI and DisplayPort connections. Any ideas on how to prevent the host's screen from turning back on until I'm done controlling it?

Hello Jeff,
Thank you for your message.
You have the monitor driver installed, correct? To make sure, access Settings for Host -> Options -> Driver tab.

Hello Jeff,
If there is Remote Utilities monitor driver in your Device Manager and you still can't make the blank remote screen feature to work, I'm afraid this might be happening with that specific system and we can't do anything about it.
Did you try the feature on the same computer or different computers (remote Hosts)?
