how long does a 'just retrieved' Internet ID connection last for?

WIndows 7 on host, Windows 10 on viewer

Single user (myself) host PC is at my home, viewer PC is at another location so I need to retrieve the host's Internet ID connection, travel 20 minutes to viewer PC location. Will the ID remain 'on/active' until I get to the viewer PC to attempt connection?

Thank you for your message.

The Internet-ID once generated/enabled remains active and the Internet-ID code remains the same unless you manually change (re-issue) it.
