Right-click taskbar context menu not shown in client

I'm trying to use RU to "Full Control" a laptop allowing me to use it alongside my desktop without switching keyboard and mouse.

Both machines are running Windows7 64bit.

When I right-click a taskbar button to show the context-menu, I can see the menu appear on the actual laptop display:

but it's not shown in the RU client:

Hello Pete,

You should enable the option "Capture alpha-blending windows". Here is a related KB article:
