Hey there.
This is more an advice rather than a Request.
I was just able to receive your license key mail in public domains like Hotmail or Gmail.
But not in my domains.
The problem is you dont meet the requirements stated in RFC2821, because the hostname you declare is not a FQDN.
There is the log of my hosting:
2018-04-27 16:14:41 H=remoteutilities.com (remoteutilities) [104.236.34.44]:40972 X=TLSv1.2:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:256 CV=no rejected MAIL <remoteut_www@remoteutilities>: Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)
As you can see, your host is "remoteutilities.com", when it should be an FQDN as "mail.remoteutilities.com" or something like that.
I only had troubles receiving mails for my license key (i just used an @live.com account as a workaround), but i assume i wouldnt be able to receive any..
As i said, this is nothing more than an advice for you guys!
Bye!
