Scenario
We are buying a new laptop for 85 year old grandmother Betty. Betty has severe memory problems and she needs adhoc remote support for her computer usage. The idea is to use normal teleconferencing software to communicate with her. The remote support is given by three adult children living in three different locations.
Idea is to call Betty and in the same time take remote support connection on her laptop and show hands on help how to use the teleconferencing software.
If she runs into trouble with her laptop she just calls any of her children who will take remote support connection to her laptop to see what is the matter.
I myself act as technical support for installing all the software needed in Betty’s new laptop. After configuration we’ll send the laptop to Betty as ready to use condition.
My plan is to install Host into Betty’s laptop.
Host is configured to be up and running directly after computer startup.
Viewer or remote viewer is then used or installed on each of the children’s computer and / or cell phone.
Betty’s laptop will be Windows 10.
Viewer’s computers are different windows version, mostly windows 10.
Cell phones are android or iphone.
Questions
What kind of licencing should we use for this case?
Who should be registered as owner of the licence?
Can we use same settings in address book for every viewer for Betty’s laptop?
Thank you
Juha

Thank you for your message.
In this scenario, you can use the free license as it suits for personal use. Here's a license comparison table and our EULA that might also be useful. What kind of licencing should we use for this case?
You might register the license to Betty's name or to any of her children's names, then register the Viewers with this license key. However, please make sure to have access to the specified email in order to obtain the license key.Who should be registered as owner of the licence?
Of course, using the same settings for each Viewer is advised in this scenario. Can we use same settings in address book for every viewer for Betty’s laptop?
