Viewer not accepting the license key

I  Ihave had a free license since 6/13/2018.  During a storm last night something happen to my laptop. I had to reinstall the viewer.  I tried to add my license into the viewer but it does not accept the license.  I requested a recovery Key so I know I have the right license but the viewer would not accept it either.  Any help would be appreciated.

Found the issue in another thread.  Ran the fix and it now registers.  Thanks All!
