First off thank you for creating this, and also allowing 10 Free PC's after LMI left many of us hung out to dry.

I understand that I can use it for 10 remote PC's with unattended access just like I did with LMI.

my question is the Agent download, lets say my sister in California needs help with her PC and I have her run the agent file, I connect and log in and help her......doe this count against 1 of my 10 PC's?

I ask because I may only help her once a year if even that.

Or if I delete her out of my viewer does that take her out of my 10 PC's?

Thanks in advance for the info

Hello Mike,

You are welcome

Yes, Agent counts. In terms of licensing, Agent is no different from the Host. You can register the Agent just like you do with the Host - the license key is written into the same registry key as for the Host.

According to EULA a free license allows remoting to no more than 10 remote PCs, regardless of whether it's Agent or Host. Strictly speaking, if you plan to use the eleventh PC you must remove the license (which is applied on the remote side)/unregister the Host/Agent from one of the ten PCs, not just delete the record from the Viewer.
Hope that helps.
