Still haven't received a fee license key

Hello,

I upgraded to version 7 this morning and filled out the short form on the site to generate a new free license key, but I still haven't received the key in my email. I have checked my junk/spam and it is not there. It's been several hours now. I even tried it again, but never received an email. Is it normal for it to take this long to get the license in the email?
