Post into this sub-forum if you have any issues with antivirus software or a firewall. Before you post please make sure that:
1. You have the latest version of Remote Utilities Viewer and Host installed. The latest version is always available on the
download page.
2. You have updated virus definition databases and the antivirus software itself. Sometimes, when the virus definition databases are obsolete, Remote Utilities can still be detected as a potentially dangerous program. The update can resolve the problem.
If nothing of the above helps, then post your issue here. It is highly recommended that you also
send a false positive report to the antivirus software manufacturer. In many cases this can make them fix the issue a lot faster.
