Hi Corey,
Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce the issue. The iOS app works as normal and the keyboard is showing.
Could you please check with the AppStore that you have the latest Remote Utilities version installed.

It's strange on my Iphone 6 it works but on an Ipad I can't fill in the password to connect. The same as mentioned above happens.

Hello Marco,
Thank you for your message.
We will now investigate the issue.
For now this workaround should work and resolve the problem:
1. Open the system tray and right-click on the Host icon. In the drop-down menu choose Settings for Host...
2. In Host Configuration Settings go to the tab General - Dashboard. Make sure that you have a Single password method enabled as one of the Authorization methods. Click Configure...
3. Disable the Single password authorization by deselecting the checkbox:
4. Open the same configuration settings window: General - Dashboard - Authorization method - Configure…
Enable the Single password authorization method and click Change password…
Set a new password.
5. Make sure you manually forced the iOS device to unload the Viewer from memory, so that it would have a fresh start after you change the password.
When you've done the steps above the virtual keyboard should pop up.
Hope that helps.

Hello again,
It still doesn't work on an Ipad and also not on my Ipad pro.
I still can't type the password.
The rule where the password should be put stays white with no cursor.
On my Iphone I can connect easy. But only with my phone in Landscape.
Could it be that the screen size makes a layer fall over the rule so it can't be activated by touching it, because there is something lying over the rule? Just an Idea that popped up.
This becaus in portrait mode my phone does the same but in Landscape mode it works perfectly.
kind regards,
Marco (just trying to help) ;-)
