No mouse pointer

I just installed Host on two PCs. I can access just fine from my PC. However, I cannot seem to do anything on one PC since there is no mouse pointer. On the other PC there is a mouse pointer and seems to be working albeit slowly. It is all the latest version downloaded today.

Hello Bob,
Is there a "physical" mouse actually connected to this PC?However, I cannot seem to do anything on one PC since there is no mouse pointer.

Bob, be aware that if you are connecting to a host computer that has no physical mouse connected, the mobile apps do not locally render a virtual cursor. A workaround is to enable "Mouse Keys" on the host computer as described in this post:
