I just recently noticed that on all my Android devices, it doesn't appear as if I am connecting to any of my listed hosts. It goes through the motions, but all I see is a black screen on the host side and then it eventually just bounces back to device list screen on the Android.
I can connect to the hosts using a Windows 10 viewer on my computer, so the hosts appear to be fine and functioning properly.
I tried uninstalling and then reinstall etc. My android version is 6.9.3.0m11.20.0 and all my androids worked previously, so not sure when the problem started. Samsung S8 and Galaxy Tab devices.

Hi Bill,
Please, try the solutions listed on this page https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/kb/full-control-and-view-mode-isn-t-working-or-is-unstable/ . If it doesn't work, update your Host to the recent beta version and see if it makes the difference. You can download the beta from here https://www.remoteutilities.com/download/beta.php

Thank you.
I was only able to solve the problem by updating the host.
An older Andorid version was still working, so it must be something in your current Android build.
No reply is needed and this can be closed as far as I'm concerned.
