[ Closed ] [Resolved] Blank screen on Android app

When I connect to a remote computer on the Android app (on my tablet or phone), connection seems to get established but all I get is a blank screen.  Is there something I need to do to be able to see the remote screen?

Hello Dennis,

Thank you for your message.

Please try enabling the Use legacy capture mode feature in the Host Settings -> Other tab. Make sure to restart Host after enabling the feature.
In addition please double-check that your Host, Viewer app and Android OS are all updated to the most recent versions available which are 7.1.7.0 for Host, 12.4.1 for Viewer app and Android 13 for your device's OS respectively.
