I have the Android version installed and have correctly entered the Partner ID but it then asks me for Authorization! What is Authorization on Android?
I have tried the user name and password that I use (and that I can log in with) on Windows but I can't see anywhere where I can add/edit one for the Android authorisation.
TIA

Hello Paul,
Thank you for your message.
Authorization means Password. Right now mobile viewer does not suppot User/Password type of authoruzation. Only password is supported right now.
You can set up that password on Host if you right-click on the Host icon in the system tray -> settings for Host -> Settings for host -> Security -> Change password.
Looking forward to your reply.

Ah, I see what you mean now, not one of the 'user login passwords' but the main security password. I now have it working, thanks!Anton Kalugin wrote:
