Android viewer gives error, "unable to connect". Looked in Android viewer log, log entry says Connection established."
Looked in Host log - no entry at all for the attempt.
I have no problem using Windows viewer to access the same host. Only Android app fails.

Hello Ken,
Thank you for your message.
If you are connecting directly over your local network, please check the port number in the settings for connection. It should be the same listed in the Host settings (5650 by default).
Still, we'll soon update the mobile version because there are couple of minor issues with Android that were recently reported and confirmed.

Thanks. Yes, the port is 5650 on both. Is there any other troubleshooting which can be done?

I can only recommend wait until we release the next Android update which will be very soon. There are a couple of bugs currently, and one of them might be causing your issue as well.Ken Wiebe wrote:
