FR: Folder comparison in File Transfer window

It would be fantastic if the File Transfer window had a comparison feature which would indicate when files and folders were different between the two panes and allow them to be synchronised in either direction.
I use Beyond Compare to manage this on my local HDDs, but having this feature within RU would be fantastic.
