cannot drag the licence key

On 9/6/21 I upgraded my license to version 7. Its a 1 tech starter key. But I cannot drag the key, either to the license storage in the viewer or to the box in the online account to upgrade my support level. Am I missing something?

Hi Ajay,
Thank you for your message.
Instead of dragging the key try clicking on the drop area to open a standard "Open" dialog window and navigate to the key's location.
If you still have difficulty adding your key to your online account please let me know.

Thanks for your reply. I realized I was trying to add my V7 key to the V6 viewer. I upgraded my viewer and all is well now.
