My host has two screens.
I was in trial version....After adding the free license to the viewer, my host screens multiple monitors are contagious. They are no longer separate. I do not get the option to switch screens as I used to get in the past. Infact, the monitor option does not even show me two screens anymore.
1. I have enabled the legacy option in host.
2. Uninstalled/Reinstalled viewer.
3. Performed a clean install of viewer as per the article I found here.
4. Added the license again.
Same issue.

Hello Ved,
Thank you for your message.
Could you please let us know what version of Remote Utilities do you use on both sides of connection, i.e. for Host and Viewer? In addition, please also make sure that your graphics card drivers are updated to the latest versions available as well on both remote Host and Viewer machines.
Looking forward to your reply.
