License Download not working

I download a new licence and the Viewer changes to Ver 7.1.1.0. Close viewer and reopen and I am back to Test Version??

Hi Jeffrey,

If you generated your license key using the form, you should have received the key via email. Apply the key in Viewer as described on this page.

I'm afraid that is exactly what I did do. The viewer seems to accept the license as the header changes to Ver 7.1.1.0 instead of test version 31 days...

But. When I close viewer and reopen then the license is no longer there and we are back to test version...

Deleting config_4.xml seems to have worked
