Hello Brad,

Thank you for your message.

Please try using this Microsoft tool that helps to automatically repair issues when you're blocked from installing, updating or removing software. You need to download the troubleshooter tool, run it and follow the steps provided by the wizard.

Hope that helps.

Hello Brad,

I had the same issue. No chance to uninstall and to find the msi file.
Please execute the little MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Unistall.meta.diagcab file.
Then select the Remote Utilities program you like to uninstall.
I'm pretty sure this will fix your problem.

Sorry,
The name is "MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab"
This is really a very good tool from Microsoft. (Cabinet file of problem handling).
Double klick the little cabinet file and you will no longer need to search for the missing msi file.
