Authentication - Unable to connect

Hi all,
I get this message when i try to connect Authentication - Unable to connect. I have Two connection both was working day ago fine. today have issue with one. Other people can connect without issue. It shows ONLINE after click connect it goes offline and gives that message "unable to connect". Tried to reinstall app/fully updated both sides Start as admin. Changed Server Internet ID.
On other server if i click it gives me login table straight away. If i click on second server gives unable to connect.
both Connections Internet-ID.
both Connection settings Same

Could you please clarify if you've upgraded your Viewer to the latest version before the issue had occurred or after? If you've upgraded the Viewer after, then please try following this step-by-step guide that will help you to upgrade your Hosts remotely, so that you can continue using Remote Utilities.
If your Viewer was already upgraded before as well as your remote Hosts, please let us know.
