Do you mean the command-line parameters that you can use with the syntax? If this is the case, then please use the Host machine's IP address with other parameters as described in
this guide.
In case if you mean simply connecting via Direct connection using UI, please input the Host's machine IP address in the "IP Address, Internet ID or DNS field" field when creating the connection in your address book as described in
this tutorial.
