I'm currently using version 7.1.2.0 of the remote viewer although this problem existed before I updated the viewer. I'm also using Windows 11.
When I connect to the remote computer, I'm able to see all the changes that have been made on that computer (such as deletion of files and uploads).
I use file transfer to upload files to the remote computer using the viewer. The files appear to upload without any problems. When I log on the next day and use the viewer to connect to the remote computer none of the files are there. Essentially any changes I make on the remote computer using the viewer don't persist. It's like I never did them.
This issue started around the beginning of Feb 2022. Prior to this I didn't have any issues. I did update from Windows 10 to 11 but can't remember if it was before or after that the issue started.
Here are some things I've already tried.
-Updated Viewer to 7.1.2.0
-Deleted the connection to the remote computer and added the connection again
-Kept the viewer open and connected to the remote computer for an extended time after uploading files.
Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Hello Alison,
Thank you for your message.
Could you please double-check if you're using Host updated to the same version 7.1.2.0? If your Host is not updated yet and there's a version mismatch, please try updating your Host by following this guide and see if this helps to resolve the issue.
In addition, please let us know if there's any antivirus software installed on the remote Host machine since the issue might easily be caused by some antivirus software activity.
Looking forward to your reply.
