Agent keep saying Connecting... on the bottom of the Page

I am using the latest agent 7 but it keep saying Connecting ...
It was working fine until a few days ago. I have tried Diableing the Firewall and Antivirus and have tried on XP, Windows 7 and 10 but the same on all of them. It does not go green and say Connected. I am using a free licence at the moment. The internet is working. any help will be appreciated.

It seems like the issue occurs because Agent can't reach our public servers for some reason. Before we can proceed to further troubleshooting, please try the solutions listed on this KB page and see if any of them help to resolve the issue.
