Pauline,
Just tried Google DNS + flushdns = no change. Still no connection to host (other than knowing it is still online)

Already tried flushdns
Have been using Google DNS servers for years
nslookup resolves as
nslookup id.remoteutilities.com
Non-authoritative answer:
Name:    id.remoteutilities.com
Address:  64.20.61.146

The same problem noticed also here in Finland. Hosts seem to be online, but when trying to connect, it gives error "Unable to connect..."

The connection has been working well until 28th April 2022.

Same. Cannot connect to any hosts. I will stop pulling my hair out now that i know its not just me.  I reinstalled host & viewer on all of my computers, cleaned out my virus & threats making sure it wasn't flagged as harmful but still no connections. Hopefully they will send out an update to fix whatever happened and QUICK🤞

Guys, you can't do anything because it is not your problem. It is problem with id.remoteutilities.com and I am 100% sure that RU know that but just don't want to tell you.

For me all connections just return to normal. Few of my coworkers reported that thy can finaly log in to remote hosts as well, hopefully this nightmare is over for all off you guys as well. What a waste of day. @Pauline, with all due respect if so many ppl reported issue on this thread and few other ones, there is an issue that should have been investigated and resolved. it should not matter that we use free licensing or paid one, a user is a user and should be given same amount of attention and service. For me i tried suggested solutions but my colegues wasted entire day and just tried now when i noticed i can finaly log in.... this is not a first time issue like this has happened.
