I found the host logs, where are the viewer logs located?

Same thing again as last week !   All hosts say online, try to connect and it says connecting and just spins and spins and never connects to the host. EXACTLY SAME ISSUE AS LAST WEEK.  I can not afford to lose another entire day like last week.  I'm still behind because of last weeks issue !  Please fix ASAP in NH

My ISP is Spectrum and also I tried using my Verizon hotspot and still could NOT connect.

Same issue in Arizona.  Windows 10.  Version 7.1.2.0.  Cannot Connect, but hosts show as online.  Tried to attach log as Image, but got an error.
Please, check if the issue persists. Thanks.

I seem to be back up at this current point in time but it's been spotty on & off earlier today.

I am able to connect to the host now. Thank you so much for getting this resolved!
