It seems that the original cursor settings I had for Remote Utilities has taken over my Windows Cursor settings.

Since installing Remote Utilities, I've noticed that my cursor would sometimes disappear, or would end up as a large cursor without me changing it.

I originally saw this large cursor when I first installed Remote Utilities and remoted into my first host machine. The cursor was larger and I figured it was just a setting thing or how RUT likes to display a cursor.

As you can see in the first two attached images, my default is a Windows inverted small cursor, as configured in Windows Settings.

I've tried to use Windows Settings and Mouse Properties to change the cursor image to no avail.

I've since changed the Cursor settings for each of my five machines as shown in the third image attached.

What else can I do to reset the cursor?
Can there be something added to RUT that would reset this to defaults?

OK, my bad please ignore my post. This was found out to be an issue with Mouse Without Borders. Oddly enough, no settings were changed as I've been using Mw/oB for some time and had not made any changes.

Apologies for any inconvenience.

For anyone who had a similar issue...
BTW, found this post which helped:
