Except I only have one license, it is the paid one that I have been using for over 3 years.  Plus all of my other computers work fine (as I mentioned previously)  It is only 2 out of 8 that have the banners.

Also as I have mentioned previously, I have fixed this previously by re-adding the license but this time it tells me I already have the license added.

ok, So I requested my key again and the key is saying it is the free one.  Is there a version change that required me to re-buy the Starter version?

If not, do you see where I bought the starter?  I know I bought it after you added the banners but none of my saved licenses are showing it.

Could you please let us know what email address you've used when purchasing the license key? You can email it to us support@remoteutilities.com - we will check our database for any license keys that are associated with your account. If you're not sure what email address you might've used, you can let us know your other emails you might've used.
