I have the same problems today. I can connect by IP but not via ID. What is going on?

Hello everyone,

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, there was a minor issue with one of our servers. However, that was already fixed and all our servers are up and running again. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please check if you're able to connect to your Hosts?

Let us know if the issue still persists.
