Hi,
Currently I have only one Host in my address book.
I cannot connect to this host anymore.
Viewer is 7.1.7.0 on Windows 11, Host is 7.1.7.0 on Windows 10.
The host appears "Locked" in the address book.
After open it and fill in the domain credentials the viewer window (world map) is stating "Establishing connection to ... Please wait" infinitely. Previously this took about 10 seconds.
Meanwhile the thumbnail in the address book is showing the Windows Logion screen from the host.
Starting the connection from an Android smartphone works well. Which means that the host is functioning .
How ever I cannot work from the smartphone.

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
Could you please try enabling the Use legacy capture mode feature in the Host Settings -> Other tab and see if this helps to resolve the issue? Please make sure to restart Host after enabling the feature in order for the changes to be applied.
Hope that helps.

Hi Pauline,
I can connect again now.
I think the cause was, that the host was waiting for reboot after updates installed.
Thank you!
