[ Closed ] [Resolved] Exception class: "EIdReadTimeout"

I was using Viewer fine this morning (been using it for about a year now)  - however, about 4 hours or so ago - I was booted off the host machine.  My client side app shows the host is online and can even see it needs a sofware update (so there is coms!) - but when I try connect - it just loops through a few authorizing attempts and then stops.

The host / server is up and connected to the internet (have had co-worker confirm) - and I can tracert to it.  

The logs show a Socket error - and a EIdReadTimeout -  and then that is followed by numerous attempts to connect to id71.remoteutilities.com.   Tracing to *that* address - the trace dies arounds switch11n.trouble-free.net ?

Any thoughts on how to resolve or troubleshoot this further ?

I'm having similar issues.  Host PC appears "online", but upon connecting, it unsuccessfully cycles through multiple attempts.  

Log similar to OP post:
