Is it just the free version that is down or the paid version as well?

That was not the questions. DID IT JUST AFFECT THE FREE VERSION. I have a couple companies that are asking.

Hello Robert,

The issue might have affected all users connected via our public servers. We don't have connectivity restrictions or separate servers for commercial licenses. If this is a concern for you, we recommend that you try using self-hosted RU Server instead - it's also available for free license users.
