We are testing the software and created an MSI installer.

We installed it in a Windows 10 computer that has 1 admin and 1 user account.

Would it be possible for the software to automatically run during startup on the user account only and not run on Admin Account?

Hello Jon,

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to limit Host to only 1 user account since it's always running in the background as a system process and, therefore, affects all users on a machine.

You can try using Agent instead - this is our module for on-demand support and attended remote sessions. Agent runs as an application under the current Windows user and doesn't require installation or administrative rights. However, please note that Agent can only be started manually since it's an on-demand module, i.e. it won't launch automatically on system startup in the same way that Host does.

You can download Agent here or build your own custom Agent via MSI Configurator Tool.
