Always Lost connection to Host

There are some PC-Host that I installed in this company cannot be connected after 2-3days. I always need to do start/restart or reinstall remotely. If both doesn't work, i need to go down and install it manually on that particular PC. I already add exception in antivirus for Remote Utilities - Host.

If none of the solutions in the guide above help, please feel free to send us the following data to help further diagnose the issue:
1. Windows System Events Log
2. Host settings registry key
3. Host log file/files
