GMS in Windows Server 2012

I am about to buy a brand new spanking server with Windows 2012. I currently use Windows Server 2003 and the Gateway Mediation Service works like a charm. Will this little utility work on the new version of Windows Server 2012? The manual says it works up to 2008. Please help.
