Hi there,
As of this morning I am completely unable to connect to any remote hosts - even ones which I can reach using other methods.
My event log gives;-
29:44:06_19-08-2014_561 InetConnection #102114. Internet connection to Work Desktop (server.rutils.com:5656).
44:44:06_19-08-2014_733 Connection #102114. Connection to "Work Desktop" failed. Mode: <Authorization>.
44:44:06_19-08-2014_733 Context #102114 removed. Mode: <Authorization>.
I can ping server.rutils.com and it resolves to 72.55.184.118 and replies. This is the second time recently that we have had this, the last time your servers were down, and this is a problem as we purchased this software to replace [censored] as a support option for our customers.
Regards,
Simon
Edit:-- Seems to be back up and running now.

Hello Simon,
So what was the cause for not connecting? Did you figure it out?
P.S. ID servers were running perfectly and there were no downtimes since that last one. Well, even that last one was just a human factor, not something with the software itself. Anyway, we'll soon move to a more advanced configuration and we'll notify about it beforehand.

No, none at all. I have since connected successfully to other clients though (using InternetID).Conrad Sallian wrote:

It was perhaps an issue with that single Host. Just in case, here's the KB article that lists possible causes for an ID connection not working: https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/kb/cannot-connect-using-internet-id-connection/
Don't hesitate to request assistance if you ever have any issues. Thanks.
