I have noticed that when using the Active Directory tree, I am unable to search for a host unless I have first clicked on the OU that actually contains that host. Once I have clicked on the particular container, I can then click at the highest level and the searched host will still appear. Are there any plans to fix this functionality?
Could you please clarify if you’re using our AD integration with the RU Server as described here or if you’re searching in the AD tree in your left pane directly?
I’ll forward the issue to our development department for a review to see if we can implement a fix for it in our future updates or if it might be expected behavior.
