[ Closed ] [Resolved] "your ticket was rejected" is ridiculous

I own viewer and server and have many clients with host. My license is current, it's just not the advanced level. So I needed to contact RU help, went to the ticket creation page and made my ticket. The next day I find the response is an automated "you don't have advanced support". Well then why did it let me make a ticket? What a ridiculous system. It just kills a day of needing an answer. The page should say up front you can't make a ticket and either buy higher support or go to forums.

Hi Tom,

Actually you must be able to submit a ticket. Any user with a commercial license can submit tickets. And your status says 'Starter' (see the label at the top right corner of the forum message window) which means that support tickets are available to you.

Let us investigate why your ticket wasn't working properly and get back to you.
