We could manage a remote session, but it might have to be an assisted view-only session unless we have an agreement in-place, due to the nature of the data we hold and the access this system provides.

Sorry for the initial confusion and misunderstanding. Currently, RU Server doesn't offer ipv6 support. We will add ipv6 support in the very next server update.

As Conrad have mentioned above, IPv6 support for RU Server will be available in the very next update. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a more specific ETA on this yet. However, we’ll do our best to make it available as soon as possible.
