Simple update not working on WIndows 11

So I am on a free account up to 10 computers, and I have tried to simple update to 7.5 and 7.6 versions. One of computers is windows 11.
Like i am from another computer viewer and I run simple update to update the remote computer.

When i do simple update, the remote utilities service disappears from the list of windows services!

Anyone else has a same issue?

This behavior looks like activity of antivirus software. Please, make sure that the Host is added to a/v software exceptions as described here.
