After having been connected to remote desktop and clicking a shortcut of an application to open, the initial screen appears after a long time (over 5 seconds)and seems to arise little by little from the depth to the front with a deformation in its size, until it comes to its normal size and condition. Then the change of screens in the mentioned application proceeds pretty fastly. It's a serious lack. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello,

Thanks for the post!

It seems like the animation is just a bit heavy to be played back fast/realtime. Try to enable "Economode" in connection Properties -> Network -> Network usage -> "Economy mode". It simplifies window management and thus slightly improves performance.

In spite of this setting the arising of the initial screens or closing or moving of them keeps on being despetately slow.Speed exists only concern the management of the secondary folders and files. Is there any optimum combination of connection settings for my case? Is this feature an inherent lack for all users? Thanks.

Hello,

Here is a knowledge base article that explains the possible ways to improve performance on slow connections https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/kb/slow-remote-connection-speed-performance/

However, there is no specific setting that deals with animation windows that you describe, sorry.
