Windows Server 2008 R2 Can't CTRL+ALT+DEL

I am trying to use Remote Utilities Agent to connect to a Windows Server 2008 R2 machine.  But I can't use CTRL+ALT+DEL to get to the login screen when it is locked out.  Is this normal?  This server auto goes to the Lock Screen after 1 minute of inactivity for security reasons.  But once it is locked I no longer can get in with remote utilities.

I don't mind allowing Remote Utilities staff to remote in and take a look if it helps them fix the issue.  Just let me know.

Hello Christopher,

The Agent is an application and runs under the current account. I'm not sure if it's capable to also work on the lock screen. You would probably want to use the Host instead, as it runs as a system service and grants total control.
