Everytime I install RU 2.2 in windows server 2012, I get an Application Error" "Exception in module InternetIdService.exe. The system cannot find the file specified" The installation finishes, the Remote Utility Service starts but I get no connections through.
It seems Windows server 2012 is somehow blocking or something is not working. Are there any specific roles that must be run for it to work. Please advise.
Thank you for your post. Could you please perform complete RU Server uninstall and then re-install it back again. Remember that for a complete uninstall you should also delete the registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Usoris\ after you uninstall the program in the Control Panel.
