gmail issue

When using viewer in full control mode, I click the paper clip icon in gmail on the remote computer to add an attachment but no menu comes up to select a file to attach.
Anyone can help with this?

Hello Dovid,

You need to enable "Capture alpha-blending windows". Please, check out this troubleshooting article https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/some-windows-or-menus-are-not-visible/
